Gone are the darkness of the Zack Snyder era.David Corenswet was born to play Superman. He is of the same mold as Brandon Routh and Henry Cavill. Rachel Brosnahan is perfection as Lois Lane. Her beauty and strength lies within. Nicholas Hoult is a credible Lex Luthor.
To keep up with the times, the film includes scenes that reflect the current world situation right now. And yes, Clark Kent and his alter go ain't from Kansas. In reality, he could be persecuted if someone will tell authorities that he's not from here.
